Sponsorship of the Quebec delegation The Quebec delegation is made up of winners of the provincial competition who are chosen to represent Québec at the Canada-wide Science Fairs. In order to allow young Quebecers to participate in this science "grand finale", Merck Frosst serves as the sponsor of the Quebec delegation each year in partnership with the ministère de la Culture et des Communications of Québec. © 2002, Conseil de développement du loisir scientifique (CDLS).
