Merck Frosst "Exploring Minds"
Award - School Grants |
|
Schools who present experimentation or design projects at the Quebec
regional final competition are eligible to win one of five Merck Frosst
Exploring Minds grants, each worth $2,000, enabling the schools to
purchase science equipment. This draw takes place at the Super Expo-sciences
Bell, provincial final.
Merck Frosst shares the belief that hands-on experimentation is the
most promising way to become interested in science and that science
teachers need support and materials to achieve this goal.
